After Arbon and Helsinki, Meersburg this time. He’s put together a really nice group of musicians around him.
Well, switching guitars for every single song is perhaps a little over the top on his part. The young lead guitarist doesn’t do that either, and I’d never been able to hear his beautiful solos on any of Samu’s songs before — apparently, guitar solos are only part of Samu’s music when he’s playing live. And the fact that there wasn’t an encore at all is also something I’ve never experienced at any of his concerts before (probably it was simply too hot for the Finns...).
Still, it’s always lovely how he brings a little bit of Finnish culture to us Germans.
